As a summer venue for a couple with a small child this would be a great place. But I would have my reservations about recommending it in the winter.

This accommodation was ideal for the two of us as we have a small yorkshire terrier and there was no traffic to worry about. We were greeted by the two donkeys who were very friendly every time we went in or out - a very nice location.
